A nice place

Hello classmates, today i will write about a special place in Santiago that i like to go, this place is the Parque Quinta Normal. The first time when i go, was in the 2010, when the park was in repair by the Chile's bicentennial, so the park was not beuty.
But now i go often, ocasionally like 2 time in the month. After the repair of the little lake, the gardens , etc, so now show off beauty and clean spacially for walk whit my girlfriend.
Well, historically, this park was founded in 1841, and it was the firts and was considered the best and most beautyfull urban park in all Chile.

The park is located in the  Quinta Normal commue, but the Santiago cummune it administers.
Also this park was considered like "tipical zone" in the 2009, beacuse has diferent and variated heritage, for example, native tree of the country and ffrom around the world planted in 1840, also the many cultural institutions, like museums and cultural corporations, for example: Cultural corporation Balmaceda young art, Museum of contemporany art, Museum of science and technology, Santiago railway museum and the National museum of natural history

A great band

Hello dear classmates:
 Today i will write about several music bands that i have seen, and also other bands that i would like to see. First, i will write about the best concert that i've gone. This concert was one of Black Sabbath in the Estadio Monumental in 2013. This concert was very mad,  the people screaming, jumping, drinking and singing all the classic hits, also they came with  the original members (exept the drummer). Black Sabbath was the pionner in play heavy metal, was in end of the 60'.

Other great band that i've seen was the past year. This band was Pearl Jam in Estadio Nacional. Also this concert was very crazy, the stadium was full capacity ( arround 50.000 people) all people was singing all the classics and also the new songs from the last album (also play Imagine from Jhon Lennon) . The kind of music that they play is "grunge" a kind of rock created in begining of 90', Is characterized by be so depresive. I enjoyed this concert because always i liked this band.


Other band that i like is Iron Maiden, but never i have seen despite the several times that they have come to chile, i have never seen.

Rockers v/s Moods

Hi classmates,
today i will write about a documentary made by the BBC in 2014. In this documentary shows the mood movement and rocker movement, in a restrospective point of view, and also shows the differences and fights,  between both movements, with interviews to the people that lived this little age of the England´s history, after the second world war.

This is the start point to the actual subcultures or "urban tribes" that they appeared in the city.
The mood were a guys with many money, these served to buy coth, shoes, music, drugs, drink and italian motorcicles very expensive

Meanwhile the rockers were a guys the liked the rock and roll and ride in (british) motorcycle

Maipo river

Hello classmates
In this oportunity i will write about a geographical feature. The feature i'd to write about is the Maipo river, a river located in my litle city Buin, in the south of metropolitan region. this river is very important to me because i was ride in bicycle in the bank of the river and i saw nice landscape. Also is very important for all the peolple in the metropolitan region because is the mayor source of irrigation and potable water in this region.
Its headwater is are in the west slope of maipo volcano, in the Andes. in city of San josé de maipo.
The maipo river receive three mayor tributries the volcán river , the yeso yeso and the Colorado river. The main river flows thougth the valley of the same name that river, thwe maipo river. and for his climate conditions and his land forms is the best know wine- producing. are the best quality wine in Chile.
Finally emptying into the Pacific ocean in the locality of Lolleo, near of San antonio's port

About a friend

hello!! geo blogers.
Today I'm going to write about a friend. this person is called Daniel, or Danielito how say my mother. Daniel i meet in the secondary school when i was younger, at 14 years old. In these times i was very introvert and shy and he too.
 Also we listened and still listening the same music style, and the same bands. We went to some rock concert. In the 2013 we went see black sabbath and in the same year we went to see Mark  Farner from Grand Funk Railroad. In this year is the last tour of Black Sabbath and we be there.
Sometimes we played in a rock band with his cousin, "El mou" a good guy, just a little drunk. in the most of time after to play music we drank beer.
Actually i still see to my friend but just some days in the month, we talk about our problems with  girlfrind, the jobs, the study, etc
My friend are´t friendly,  but i knowthem several years, arround of 9 years ago, and know how he is, a disagreeable guy, but is my best friend.

the job of my dreams

Hello my dear classmates.
Today i will write about the job of my dreams, a pefect job to me. In my short life i was work in many places, the first job that i remember was in a tomatoes field, I was 16 years old. Later i worked many years in a mechanical workshop. Also i worked in a shoes store, like salesman.
However all this past jobs i don´t liked.
I like the jobs in the nature, work in the natural enviorment for learn about the natural life, the flora and fauna, the natural forms of the earth  and his relations with the humans.
These things are very important to save millions of live in a log time. Why? because, the naturals disasters are one of most death causes in the world, an it serve to stay a balance between the humans and the nature.

I think that the qualities for this job are variated, begining for undertand the people behavior and his differen forms to understand the earth, untill the process of the earth.
I would be good in this job because i like the natural and wild life and also make for this world a better world.
Isn´t only just one person that is my inspiration, are all the persons that help this world to make a better world.

Geology was the best

hi classmates
today i'm writing about the subjet that i most liked. this subjet was the past semester, it was geology. In this subjet I studied many this things about the earth, his characters, his process and the the diferent forms that exist for keep in balance this planet. I enjoy the class when the professor teach us the different rocks and his character, how be created,  the thousand of years. however i undestand that the humanity are nothing in simile with the earth  (or the earth mother).

This subjet was very especial because i know many places in the "field trip" with the teacher and the classmates. for example the first  " field trip" was in the Cajón del maipo, it is a amazing place, beauty, and calm. Also i learned  much. The second and last "field trip" was in Curicó ( VII region ) we went to Los Queñes (near to the mountains)   and the next day to the beach, to Iloca. In Iloca we was swim in the beach and later we went to lunch in a restaurant. Also we had a good teacher, Rodrigo Rauld.
Because for these reason and others I liked                                                                                               Geology.
